The hydraulic system of hot continuous rolling mill is widely used in the rolling equipment for producing hot rolled coil plate, bar, wire and profile, such as high-pressure water descaling, rough rolling, finishing rolling, laminar cooling, coiling, transportation chain, etc. Relying on the first heavy, second heavy, Angang Design Institute and Other main engine manufacturers, Taichong Yuye successfully designed and manufactured dozens of hydraulic systems for the whole hot continuous rolling mill and the hot rolling hydraulic systems for bars, wires and sections, represented by the first independently integrated Angang 1700 hot continuous rolling mill in China. It has accumulated rich experience in design and manufacturing, and maximized the control accuracy and production efficiency of the main engine equipment.
Technical characteristics
AWC width control of rough rolling, AGC thickness control of finish rolling and AJC step control of coiling adopt electro-hydraulic servo control technology to effectively control the tolerance of transverse width and longitudinal thickness of strip steel, so as to ensure the high quality and surface finish of finished strip steel
